Returns Policy

 

We want you to love your hair! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on Unworn wigs and extensions returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Hair must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To begin the return process, please email us at Faith@Simplebeautyextensions.com with your order number and reason for return.

All custom-colored or final sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds on unworn hair will be disbursed within 15 businessdays of recovery. Please advise the items must returned in the same condition that they were received.
